Besides the students regular sewing, Peter had a giveaway on Friday. The student who answered correctly and had their name picked from a hat, got a book. An English book, you may be surprised, as we were, how many of them know English!
And the progress of the house:
Shelagh our dog has been sick. Finally got some Glucortin-20, for numerous ailments and she is back to her old self.
It's really dry now. About two more months of this and then the wet season will be here. Can't wait to plant again, by that time it will be in our own yard.
Please continue to pray for the students as they have two months left. We've lost some for various reasons- pregnancy, marriage, and who knows what. Those who have continued are doing great and we hope to have 18 grads.
Also pray that the house will be finished in time for when we need it and the money won't be finished before that. (Everyone has that worry don't they?)
Continue to pray for our support level, it was up but has taken a dive. We know God has placed us here and we know we are doing his will. It's always comforting to know he does provide for those who are faithful.
Kirk blessed us with sending the part needed for my computer and Peter made a trip to Kigali to have it replaced. So I'm very thankful for that. The students get a monthly "slide show" and I'm sure they are eager for the next one. They love to see pictures of themselves.
We are very grateful to God for the way he has been taking care of us. Thankful for the financial support that is coming our way. And Thank you for your prayers for the work here.
May God bless you as he has us!
