Making African Tea for Breakfast

Thanks Fahamu for helping us to make breakfast!
First time to make African Milk Tea and to cook at the YWAM Rwanda Base!
Lighting the coals.

Heating the milk and water.

Lemon grass, grated ginger and finely ground tea leaves added to milk and water.

After boiled, strain off Milk Tea, and add sugar.

Add bread, Blue Band and jam - African Milk Tea Breakfast!
