Crochet Along Mystery Afghan!!!

This is the 5th clue! I have 16 squares to make of this clue! And getting more excited about the finished product! I see that I will need to loosen the work as I get closer to the last rows, as it shows here that the square isn't quite square.

Crochet Along Mystery Afghan!!!

I am a little late in posting this one. I've been busy.
This pattern had two more rows to it,
but even those who are making the 8" squares (mine are 6" squares)
found that the pattern wasn't square either,
and it was recommended to use only the rows needed to make it square!
Had to make 4 squares this week.

Chilean miners

I watched the first miner come out and was able to watch the last miner come out, mostly because they got it done in 22 hrs. That was amazing! Click here to read the story behind the Chilean miners' Jesus T-shirts.

Grits!

We had some Grits delivered to Canada for us! We picked them up on Sunday and have been Thankful every morning since - enjoying our Grits for Breakfast!

Happy Thanksgiving!

You have to have stuffing with your Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner right!
Well being that I am staying away from bread,
I looked up Breadless Stuffing online and found a recipe.
Made it up and had it with my turkey yesterday!

Basically you replace the bread for Garbanza beans!

I also had to make original bread stuffing for Peter!

And of course the turkey!

 Lots of leftovers to come!

Hummus

I've had this at a restaurant, and liked it, and knew a person could make it.
So I got a recipe here and made it up today,
while I was waiting for our Thanksgiving Turkey to cook.
Had some with my rice crackers and it was good!
