Wool Soakers

My daughter wants wool soakers for her next baby! So we looked up some patterns on the internet and I got this one, and after you knit it up, it needs to be felted. I thought it would shrink a bit more, but as you can see it never.

After knitting it I made the outline so that I'd know how much it shrunk.

But it really didn't. Waist is about 10 inches.

It was suppose to fit about a 6 month old baby!
I don't know, maybe I should shrink it again!

Trip Presentation at FBC

We were able to share about our trip to Rwanda on Sunday, July 18, 2010 at our church. You can download and watch it, and/or listen to it, and view the slides by clicking on the appropriate words. Or go here to the FBC site and view or listen to the sermon dated for July 18th. God truly blessed us and we are so thankful for all of you who prayed for us, and supported us, and we pray that God would bless you in return.

More things we did!

They have a lot of 'lightening bugs' there - every evening.
Kiersten loves to catch them, even caught a few myself!

We had another Tea Party!

National Days!

We were privileged to celebrate Canada Day in the United States this year! I took Canadian T's for all of Kirk & Canadace's family (that would be them and the grandchildren)!

Then, on Independence Day we had T's from the USA to wear! We had a great time at the 'lake house' with Candace's family! (Thanks all, for the great time, so glad we could be there!) And went to the Fireworks!

Blanket for Conner!
